The COS Wheel of Learning is a monthly opportunity for our congregants to gather for a fun, informative, and casual adult educational event. We have a virtual spinning wheel (think: "Wheel of Fortune") with different topics on the wedges. Each month we "spin" the Wheel of Learning to identify a topic and a facilitator for the next session. Here are just a few of the topics which we have learned about over the past 2 years: Jewish Pirates of the Caribbean, The Jewish History of Chocolate, a Talmudic Perspective on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence, What We Can Learn from Buddhism and Mindfulness, 7 Wonders of Jewish History, And God Said "Let There Be Evolution!" The COS Wheel of Learning meets in the homes of our congregants. Due to space limitations, and with an abundance of caution for security, we limit attendance at this program to COS members only. Reservations are therefore required for each session. Upon making a reservation for a session, the location information will be shared.
